主讲人简介：
李东辉，1993年毕业于武汉大学经济学院。2001年获得澳大利亚新南威尔士大学金融学博士学位后，留在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学金融系任职至2015年1月，现为暨南大学管理学院会计系教授、博士生导师。
他目前主要研究公司财务管理、股东结构、国家宏观法律法规与机构制度，并在世界学术界取得了一定的影响。他的学术论文发表在下列世界顶级金融学期刊上：Journal of Finance，Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis，以及其它世界高水平金融学期刊上，包括：Journal of BankingandFinance(三篇), Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance(两篇),Journal of Risk and Insurance(两篇)，等等。他还在中国国家重点权威学术刊物上发表多篇文章，比如：《经济研究》(两篇)、《管理世界》、《经济学动态》、《金融研究》，等等。他还是以下国际著名期刊的评稿人：Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance，等等。欢迎大家参加！
